Michelin-starred Chef Simon Rogan has been named one of the most innovative chefs in the country, currently sitting at the helm of two restaurants; two-MichelinL’Enclume in Cartmel and The French in Manchester. Fera at Claridge’s is Rogan’s third restaurant was much anticipated following his two year pop-up Roganic which brought his iconic cuisine to London.

The name Fera, means ‘wild’ in Latin, reflecting both the primal influence of nature highly present in Rogan’s style, and the seasonal ingredients used in Rogan's cooking. Bringing many ingredients from his own farm, Rogan’s intuitive feel for food is matched by his technical skill, producing dishes that showcase the finest ingredients at their very best.

he interiors have been designed by British designer Guy Oliver who has a long history of working with Claridge’s. Oliver has designed a room that defines the modernity of today’s dining and Rogan’s own natural style, whilst also capturing the timeless art deco glamour of Claridge’s.
